How It All Started
Kelli and Mariann’s journey into the wellness industry wasn’t by accident. After years of success in real estate and business development, they saw an opportunity to apply their expertise to a booming sector. The founders had already managed over $50 million in real estate assets, including large commercial properties, and then transitioned to focus full-time on wellness and medical spa acquisitions. Their goal is to build something bigger—a billion-dollar wellness company by 2033 that not only changes the industry but also empowers female entrepreneurs along the way.
2009
The first major investment by acquiring a hotel property, which they successfully turned around and increased its valuation to millions.
Post 2009
Expansion into shopping centers, multifamily and commercial real estate, focusing on large, transformative projects.
2015 – 2020s
Focus shifted to the wellness industry, where they began acquiring and scaling medical spas and wellness centers, forming the foundation of the current F6 Acquisitions mission to empower wellness businesses and entrepreneurs.
Our mission is two-fold: First, to build a billion-dollar wellness company by 2033, offering cutting-edge treatments like stem cell therapy, peptides, and ozone therapy. Second, we aim to help 1,000 female entrepreneurs become millionaires over the next decade. These women will be part of a wellness revolution, growing their businesses while contributing to a new standard of wellness care.
